In order to improve our services and make our guests' stay easier and safer, from this year we have implemented a new service
Since 2017 our guests can book a stay online, independently and in a few minutes, with the possibility of shortening registration times by filling in all the data required by law from home. The reservation obviously involves constraints and the need to send a deposit.
One of the prerogatives of campsites, however, is the freedom to arrive and leave based on many factors and being bound by a stay constraint is not appreciated by many even if it guarantees you to find a place.
We have found a solution that partially solves the problem.
From today, thanks to the MyCheck IN rate, it will be possible to book a stay online on the day of arrival by accessing special conditions that do not provide for stay restrictions.
Early departures and no-shows will be free of penalties and no deposit is required.
Guests who access this rate will be able to be sure of finding a seat while traveling and at the same time will be able to check in online to save time at the reception.

All guests who check in will have access to MyReception a virtual reception where, even before arriving at the campsite, they can keep an eye on the data and costs of their stay and learn about a lot of practical information and internal procedures to enjoy their stay without surprises and unexpected events.
