Starting from this season we have opened a collaboration with the insurance company Allianz, known throughout Europe, to guarantee our guests holidays in total tranquility.
Although in our structure the rate of cancellations or early departures has always been very low, and when it happened we have always tried to find a solution whenever possible, we have made efforts to help our guests in unpleasant situations.
By taking advantage of this agreement, our guests, who do not want to have unpleasant surprises during their vacation, can take out travel insurance for a small sum that covers them from the most common risks.
We would like to specify that this is not a service provided by the campsite.The campsite earns nothing from this service and in case of activation of the insurance the campsite is not involved in any case.
There are two coverage formulas, one that mainly covers the deposit and one that also reimburses the stay in case of early departure. We invite guests to carefully read the conditions of service to understand exatly all options and cases. It also covers issues related to Covid.
Everyone has to make their own assessments based on their own situation. Our advice is to carefully evaluate the proposal especially in the case of long stays.
