in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out correctly and transparently, for lawful purposes and protects your privacy rights.

The treatment of your personal data is also carried out with the support of IT tools for the following purposes:

  • to receive and confirm your reservation both in terms of accommodation services and ancillary services and to be able to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary for the execution of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, consent is not required, unless in the case in which particular, so-called sensitive data is provided. In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the booking or provide the requested services. The processing will cease anyway upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and with the methods specified below;

  • to fulfill the obligation set forth in the "Consolidated Law on Public Security " (article 109 RD 18.6.1931 No. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal information of the in-house guests according to the procedures established by the Ministry of internal affairs (Decree of January 7th 2013) The provision of this data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide such consent we will not be able to host you at our property. Data collected for this purpose will not be stored by us, unless you provide the consent for storage defined at point 4.

  • to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. Data are processed by us and our representatives and are disclosed only to fulfill legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide the services requested. The data acquired for these purposes is stored by us for the time required by the regulation (10 years and more in the case of tax assessments);

  • to be able to forward messages and phone calls addressed to you during your stay. For this purpose, we need your consent, which you will be able to revoke at any time. Treatment will cease at your departure anyway.

  • to send you promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum period of ___365 days___ and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time;

  • to protect people, the property and company assets through a video surveillance system installed in some areas of the property, identifiable by the presence of appropriate signs. For this treatment, your consent is not required, as it pursues our legitimate interest in protecting people and the property against possible aggressions, thefts, robberies, damage, acts of vandalism, fire prevention and job security. The recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except on public holidays or other company closing dates; in any case they will not be stored for longer than a week. They will not be communicated to third parties, unless in cases where it is necessary to adhere to a specific investigation request of the judicial or police authorities.


We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and as applicable (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in accordance with the procedures established by current legislation.


We also inform you that the data will also be processed by Ericsoft srl as responsible for data processing through the booking engine and the PMS and by Keesy srl as host and publisher of the Camping App.

It is possible to book directly with Camping Paradiso or through authorized intermediaries.
For non-direct bookings, refer to the intermediary's booking terms
For direct bookings of accommodation or camping pitches it is necessary to use the online booking system accessible from the official website of the campsite or send a request via email. Telephone reservations are not accepted.
It is possible to request a specific housing unit but Camping Paradiso may at its sole discretion, for organizational or technical needs, replace it with one belonging to another type without additional burdens for the customer.
The Guest may in no case transfer the booking to third parties without the prior written authorization of Camping Paradiso

The customer independently selects the arrival and departure dates, the number of components and the desired ancillary services. Any inconsistencies between the data entered and the real ones will be verified at the time of check-in and the adjustment will be made. Any ancillary services subject to availability may not be available.
The customer is guided to complete the reservation by entering the necessary personal data. Availability is immediately blocked pending the confirmation deposit

The customer must send a booking request indicating all the information necessary for the preparation of an estimate including the number of people and their age, the dates of arrival and departure and any additional services desired.
The customer will receive by email one or more offers of stay in accordance with the request received. If the offer is accepted, you must wait for confirmation from the management of availability. If so, a further email will communicate the details to provide for the payment of the confirmatory deposit

Regardless of the booking method, a deposit must be sent (Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code) equal to 30% of the total amount excluding ancillary services.
Regardless of  the offer, payment must be made within 3 days of the booking date or within 24 hours if Check-in is scheduled within 7 days of the booking date.
The reservation is considered definitively confirmed and binding for both parties only after the full payment of the confirmatory deposit.
Once the date by which the Guest had to pay the security deposit has elapsed, the reservation will be deemed to have never occurred and Camping Paradiso will be free to accept other bookings for the housing unit / pitch from other subjects who request it, without the Guest you have no rights in relation to your booking.
The deposit can be paid by credit card (always) or bank transfer (only if the check in is not scheduled within 7 days)

The Guest has the right to request changes to the booking already made, which involve a change in the period of stay and / or the number of people; in this case the original booking will be considered canceled and a new booking will be made if there is material availability in this sense. Such changes, when accepted, are subject to normal tariff changes. Changes to bookings already made are only possible if they are made up to 30 (thirty) days before arrival.

The balance of the reservation is required upon check in.
In no case, for reasons not attributable to the campsite management, unused days will be refunded (early departures or late arrivals)

At what time the customer intends to cancel the reservation, at any time between the booking date and the check-in date and for any reason not attributable to the campsite management, he must promptly notify in writing and the confirmation deposit will be retained as a penalty. .
If it will be possible to rent the accommodation or pitch to other customers, the management has the right to convert the deposit into a voucher to be spent in another period (within a deadline set by the management) and for a stay of equal value.


If the customer with an active booking does not show up at the reception by 10 am of the day following check-in, without any communication being given, the reservation will be considered canceled and the confirmatory deposit retained as a penalty.
The customer who cannot show up at check-in on the day set for the start of the stay must promptly notify in writing and pay the balance of the reservation so that the accommodation or pitch is kept free and available until the day of the scheduled check out.

For bookings made from 30 September 2020 we distinguish between two different situations that prevent the use of the reservation.
If the inability to stay is due to explicit travel restrictions established by the competent authorities for certain geographical areas, Camping Paradiso will issue vouchers to be used within 18 months.
If, on the other hand, the stay is prevented by situations of quarantine or fiduciary isolation at the expense of the customer or members of his crew, a voucher will be issued if the cancellation occurs before 15 days from check in. The customer is aware of the risks deriving from the pandemic situation and assumes the risk of losing the confirmation deposit of 30% in case of cancellation within 15 days prior to check-in.
Camping Paradiso recommends taking out travel insurance that also covers such eventualities. For this purpose, Camping Paradiso has entered into an agreement with Allianz Insurance to facilitate its customers and provides on its website a direct link to the website of the insurance company to quickly obtain a quote for insurance coverage.


In case of divergence in the texts of the various communications, the text in Italian, available on the website, prevails.
